This Ponte Vedra backyard was an ideal location for this amazing outdoor kitchen, a cedar pergola, and pavered hardscape. Klein Carpentry teamed up with the hardscape leader, Premier Outdoors Inc and this project is the combined effort of the two companies. Premier Outdoor Inc and Klein Carpentry are extremely dedicated to the quality and unparalleled craftsmanship of every project.
Klein Carpentry does commercial remodeling as well.
Add value and beauty to your kitchen counters with our amazing epoxy overlay. Using the existing Formica substrate with a few minor repairs we were able to complete this project in two days.
This a small bathroom renovation project. New shower and a frameless glass door with a new shower valve and PVC shower liner. New vanity and top with new plumbing as well. Extensive drywall repair was needed before painting. A fresh coat of paint finished this project up quickly.
Another budget makeover. Using the existing vanity to save the client money we removed the sinks, plumbing, and counter. Primed and painted the dark and dated vanity inside and out. Using medium density fiberboard to fabricate the countertop substrate for our extremely durable and elegant epoxy
Beautiful kitchen transformation. We removed the old cabinetry, counters and soffits. We added new 42" upper cabinets to give this space a much larger feel. And finished them off with 5" crown molding. The dated popcorn ceilings had to go! With the white Shaker cabinets, new vinyl plank flooring and knock down ceilings with awesome LED can lights, this kitchen is amazing!!
These before and after photos are of two bathrooms in the same Mandarin home. We are exceptionally proud of the custom concrete sink made by our equally exceptional site foreman. he has many talents with a lot of them on display in these before and after photos.
Another incredible kitchen transformation on a budget. To begin with, we added a new pantry cabinet. Installed crown molding on top of the (very dated builder-grade) cabinets and light rails on the bottom. We primed the cabinets with Kilz and sprayed two coats of white gloss enamel for a super smooth finish. We then masked off the cabinets and removed the popcorn and horrible fluorescent lighting from the ceiling and finished to a level 5 flat finish and installed modern low profile can lighting. The old countertops were removed and new granite was installed, complemented by the tile backsplash and new receptacles, switches, and covers to remove all traces of the nineties and bring this kitchen up to date. This San Marco Gazebo Build may be our most stunning outdoor build yet. The white columns and beams provide an elegant contrast to the Shosugibon (Japenese wood-burning technique) ceiling. More pictures to follow as soon as the hardscape is complete.
Klein Carpentry has the equipment and resources to take on the jobs that most companies cannot or will not do.
